Description

• Sponsor shall be responsible for providing all graphics in a format and resolution suitable for intended use and applications.

• Sponsor agrees to allow unrestricted use of all graphics provided to The Sandbox for any appropriate purpose associated with its events.

• Sponsor indemnifies The Sandbox against any case associated with the use of the Sponsor’s product for any purpose whatsoever.

• The Sandbox shall display and distribute all acquired or sponsor-provided marketing materials during the Season period listed above

• The Sandbox shall maintain all acquired or provided marketing materials in condition suitable for display and distribution purposes

• The Sandbox shall retain ownership of all acquired or provided marketing materials after the Season period listed above ends.
